This study aims to analyze the development strategy of the Al-Hikmah English Course Institution in Tangerang through a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis approach. The research employed a qualitative descriptive method with field studies as the primary data source and library research as supporting data. Data were collected through online interviews (via video call) with the institution’s management. The findings indicate that LKBI Al-Hikmah’s main strengths lie in its fun course learning system, flexible tuition based on students’ financial capacity, and a strong community reputation. Identified weaknesses include limited technological facilities and suboptimal digital promotion. Externally, opportunities arise from the growing demand for English proficiency and potential collaboration with educational institutions, while threats come from competition with similar institutions and the community’s economic instability. Based on the SWOT analysis, the recommended strategies include optimizing digital promotion, improving teacher quality, strengthening institutional partnerships, and developing technology-based learning innovations to expand student reach.
